ergLog is a pace and weight adjustment calculator for indoor rowers and it also allows you to view your workouts using the Concept2 online Logbook. Workouts can also be added and exported to Google Docs (iOS only).
The logbook feature allows you to track the details of your workouts including your total season and lifetime meters. The logbook works great for tracking workouts using an indoor rower or SkiErg
The Motivation screen lets you see all of your workouts which qualify for Concept2′s Challenges. It will also proudly display your Million Meter Club badges.
The pace calculator can calculate time, distance or split times.
The weight adjustment calculator can calculate your weight factor in addition to your adjusted time and/or distance.

About a week ago the erglog on my verizon iPhone 4 woth ios5 stopped working. I launch it and it closes within a few seconds. I can no longer add workouts or view as it just opens foe a few seconds. When it was working, I loved the app.
John,
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Did you get the latest update (early December)? Have you tried uninstalling and then re-installing the app? There is another update on the way (it is awaiting Apple approval), in the mean time feel free to email me and I’ll try to get you back up and running. I’m glad you like(d) the app and I apologize for the inconvenience.
So I just tried it on my iPad as well. Worked fine until I synced with online logbook and it started crashing as well. I was using the latest version for the holiday challenge. I just uninstalled and reinstalled on iPhone and as soon as I sync my data from online, it begins to crash. Hope this info helps.

App improvement suggestions:
1. Stop popping up the alert box, every time I save a new workout, letting me know I can export to google docs. Once is enough.
2. Include an ‘Upload all’ option so I can upload multiple saved workouts rather than having to upload individually. I usually only upload my works once/week rather than immediately after logging them in the app.
3. After uploading a workout the app should automatically refresh the Logbook screen to display the revised lifetime meters, season meters etc. I shouldn’t have to manually do this after I’ve just uploaded a workout.
Thanks for the feedback Rob! I’ll have a look for the next release.
Craig
Don’t know if you’ve come across this issue before but I tried to update my log yesterday but it defaulted back to zero, saying I have a million meters to do for my first million! Not the case because I’ve just passed the 5 million mark. Any thoughts? Been using your app since June without bother so have become quite attached to it!
Mark,
I think it’s the result of C2 making another change to their site. I’m working on an update.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi Craig,
i have set up my online log book and started working out. i have 5000 mtrs logged but on the motivation tab my 1000000 meter club is not adjusting to the distance i have logged. can you help please?

Leigh,
Unfortunately C2 has made another change to their site which has broken the app. I will be updating it, but due to Apple’s approval process the update for iOS will most likely still be a week away.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The ergLog app no longer displays my lifetime meters. I believe it’s because it can’t fit within the allocated space you’ve provided. I’m at 1,319,000m. Just last week it was showing my lifetime meters, now it displays ‘LifetimeMet…’ where the number would be displayed.

Lifetime metres function no longer working. Shows up as “lifetimeme….”.
Yes. Concept2 has changed their site again which has caused this to break. I hope to have a fix available soon. As usual, due to Apple’s approval policy the iOS version will be sometime after the Android update.
Just came here to complain about LifetimeMeters and 1000000 meters not updating, but I see you’re already fixing that (I hope so
).
So, let me just thank you for perfect application (better then GoRow which prize is way not corresponding it’s quality).

Thanks for the feedback. I’m glad you like the app. I have submitted the update to Apple and am now just waiting for them to approve it. Shouldn’t be much longer now.
